We Will Always Have Each Other
"Kansas In The Beginning"
In the year 2011, Kansas and the Civil War
will be 150 years old. As in the past, we the surviving
children of these great pioneers, will gather to celebrate the
accomplishments of our ancestors. I invite you to join us in
the celebration of these events. The Kansas
Historical Society is currently forming a group of
citizens of Kansas to organize a memorable celebration.
We ask that you urge your respective State Legislators to support our
efforts. This is an all
for one effort that we are attempting to accomplish.

Ma, there is always a need for retired folks. We just never say die and we sure as hell don't give up. We come down this road just once.
