one room
school houses.
Shari Cordell Allen, grand-daughter of
Cora Edna Belle
Pickering, visited the Woodson County Museum and
sat at the desk
once occupied by her grandmother.
Grandmother stands watch. Cora married George Cordell.

Kimberly Allen, great granddaughter who is also a teacher, to the
left of the manikin Kerry Allen great granddaughter-in-law. Children
are Christopher Allen, Nicholas Furtado, Michael Furtado, Shari, Jessica
Furtado and Kaitlyn Allen all great great grandchildren of Cora
Pickering Cordell.
